Perhaps I am not as
ridiculous silly pompous vain as the Emperor from the story book The Emperor's New Clothes, but God did show me this week that I put too much stock in my physical appearance... especially my hair. Even now, I
refuse to put a picture up of the bad haircut... because I want to pretend it never happened. I actually walked through Wal-Mart that way - looking like someone slathered my head with product then I jumped on a Harley and road into town! I am still deeply embarrassed, because I try to keep a low profile in public.
Anyway, without further ado... here is my new haircut (after being fixed), and some other recent pics.
I will have to wear barrettes for a while to pull some hair away from my face. The original "stylist" cut my bangs VERY thick (and crooked!). My friend from the homeschool group, the one who fixed my hair, thought that this cut would grow back well. I agree. I am happy with it. (I have not worn bangs since 1999)
The back...
Josiah, about 7 weeks old
Paul and myself a few weeks ago, before my haircut.

you are adorable! I just got bangs cut last week too, and I've had more people say they think I'm losing weight....all because of a haircut! I should get my hair cut more often!!
Thanks for posting more pictures!

I love it, looks really nice, more photos please!
Wow, you look great! If all it takes are a few hair clips, then by all means use them :-) And by the way, baby J is so handsome.
I think it looks great!
